I bought this item, an Apple touch screen digitizer and frame, a $10 item, for my grandson's Ipod. I received it in 2-3 days but unfortunately when my grandson installed it, it was defective. I used the Amazon "contact the seller" and I immediately received a reply. They gave us a couple of things to try to fix the problem and when that didn't work, immediately mailed me a replacement.
