This was given to me so I'd like to say this is an impartial review.

Pros:
-Protects your ipod touch
-Rubberized case
-Converts your ipod to use micro USB instead of the proprietary 30pin. I've plugged this into a car receiver as well as itunes and both detect it as an ipod.
-LED charge "meter"
-Charge check button
-No issues with fitment for a 2G/3G ipod. All buttons align properly.
-Case can be removed easily if needed.

Cons:
-Disables internal ipod speaker which is it's major drawback in my opinion.
-Case is flush with screen so it offers no protection to the screen. I highly recommend getting a screen protector in conjunction with this case
-It does add a bit of bulk to the form factor. For those with iphone 3G/S, it's approximately the same width and height plus a bit of length (I have added a picture to amazon for comparison). I would say similar dimensions to the HTC Evo.
-Though I have not weighed it on a scale to confirm, it feels twice as heavy as a standalone ipod.

Verdict:
This is a good case if you can live without the internal speaker of your ipod and the added bulk. If you cannot, I suggest a seperate battery charge pack with a slimmer case. I have not fully tested it's charging capabilities yet but will update this review at a later time.
